T10 high-carbon steel blade, differentially hardened using the traditional claying method to create a resilient edge and authentic hamon character.
13" handle with black same, premium white Japanese cotton tsuka-ito, antiqued fittings and a black iron koi tsuba with detailed front-and-back rendering.
Deep black lacquered saya with black-and-white striped cotton sageo, supplied with a protective cloth bag and traditional maintenance kit.
