Kingston Arms Swept Hilt Rapier Black Finish

The SweptHilt Rapier Black-Unassembled 1 Blade + 1 Guard from Kingston Arms is a Renaissance-style rapier drawing on early 17th-century European forms, when the rapier was a key part of a gentleman’s education in swordsmanship. Its long 37-inch 1566 high carbon steel blade is paired with a swept hilt design that gives the piece an authentic period character suitable for collectors, display, historical study, and appropriate reenactment settings. Kingston Arms has refined the guard construction where it meets the blade for improved strength and rigidity, while the black Titanium coated stainless steel guard and pommel feature a smart matte finish. The brown cord-wrapped grip measures 3 1/2 inches and is shaped for a comfortable hold, with enough room to accommodate fencing gloves if desired. Please note that this rapier is supplied unassembled. The pommel, guard, and handle are packed separately, and a metric wrench is included to tighten the pommel and grip during assembly.
