Description

The 28" forged and folded blade uses a blend of T10 and 9260 steel, producing a clearly visible hada and a dark hamon. A deep hi helps reduce weight along the blade, while the differential hardness specification of 60 HRC at the edge and 40 HRC at the back supports dependable cutting performance and resilience. The 13 3/8" tsuka is finished with black Japanese silk over genuine white same, giving the piece a traditional appearance and secure hand feel. The tsuba features a themed depiction of Uesugi Kenshin and Takeda Shingen, while the black textured saya and black sageo complete a refined presentation suitable for display, collection, or disciplined martial arts practice.
