Cold Steel Arkansas Toothpick

The Arkansas Toothpick is a historic 19th-century blade pattern often discussed alongside the Bowie knife. Its name is generally understood as an ironic period nickname linked to accounts from travellers and journalists describing oversized belt knives in Arkansas and the Mississippi Delta. Traditional examples were often large, double-edged knives with a pointed profile, a double quillon guard, and varying levels of decorative finish. Cold Steel's version features a substantial double-edged spear point blade, a Malaysian Sal wood handle, and an ornate pommel with an alligator motif. The matching leather scabbard is finely made and decoratively enhanced to complement the handle. Suitable as a collectible piece for historical display.
