Description

Designed as a collectible piece for historical display, the Cold Steel Single Edge Viking Sword draws on selected features from period sword designs rather than reproducing one particular historical example. Its single-edged, 30-inch blade is nearly 2 inches wide and features an extra-broad fuller. The blade is widest at the guard, narrows towards the upswept tip and has a distal taper for balanced handling. The traditional-style hilt has a modest guard and relatively short quillons. The wooden grip is wrapped in brown cord and finished with a substantial pommel, copper trim wire and a tapered profile.
