Description

The Old Hickory 417 Filet knife features a hardwood handle secured with brass compression rivets to a 420 Premium Stainless Steel blade that is both; very sharp, and capable of retaining an edge better than most stainless knives. Overall, the Filet knife is 10.75" in length with a 6-1/4" blade.
