lionSTEEL Thrill Titanium – Grey / Silver

Thrill Titanium – Grey / Silver is an ultralight classic folding knife from Italian manufacturer lionSTEEL, featuring a satin-finished blade and a handle manufactured using Solid® technology. It combines advanced production methods with high-quality materials and uses a SlipJoint non-locking mechanism for everyday utility and field use. Designed by Michele Pensato (a.k.a. Molletta), an Italian designer known for innovative approaches to materials, heat treatment and advanced design software. Blade: M390 Microclean® powder steel manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Austria, with high corrosion and abrasion resistance, high chromium and vanadium content, and a hardness of 59–61 HRC. SlipJoint: a non-locking mechanism that uses spring pressure on a flat notch at the back of the blade to hold it in the folded and unfolded positions; deliberate pressure is required to open or fold the blade. The IKBS ball-bearing system supports smooth blade movement. Blade profile: Drop Point with a full flat grind and satin-matte finish. Opening: double-sided nail nick. Handle: grey titanium 6Al4V, machined from a single block using Solid® Knife technology. CNC machining creates a lightweight monolithic skeleton with high structural strength and a textured surface for improved grip. H.WAYL (Hide What Annoys You Lionsteel): the recessed right-side clip supports tip-up carry and retracts using a push button, reducing interference from the clip during extended utility tasks.
