ZA-PAS Ultra Outdoor Toxic, Cerakote Blade & Brown Micarta Handle

Introducing the Ultra Outdoor Toxic, an alternative version of the original Ultra Outdoor, from Polish knife makers Za-Pas. This practical full tang fixed blade knife was made for the gear bags of survival enthusiasts, campers and bushcrafters everwhere! Boasting a 5" blade constructed from robust 4.4mm NMV Carbon Steel hardened to 58-59 HRC, the knife is a good compromise between high impact strength, durability and sharpness. Pronounced jimping on the spine of the blade increases precision and control when making delicate cuts. The blade is finished with a protective Cerakote coating – a high-performing, durable polymer-ceramic composite. This cuts off the oxygen supply to the steel, increasing corrosion and weather resistance. The handle of the Toxic is what sets it apart from its predecessor, with deep grooves set into the micarta scales for an enhanced grip in all conditions. Micarta is a popular handle material for outdoor knives as it is water resistant and secure in the hand. The knife is equipped with a solid Kydex sheath, which not only perfectly protects the blade, but also allows for quick and easy removal.
