Description
Lynn C. Thompson bought the first knife custom maker Lloyd Pendleton made in 1973. They became close friends and collaborated on some of Cold Steel's most popular bushcraft knives, the Pendleton Series. Cold Steel has sought to reproduce Lloyd's craftsmanship as accurately as possible. The Pendleton Hunter features a hollow-ground blade, while the Mini Hunter has a flat-ground blade. The handle cross-sections and contours closely match Lloyd's handmade knives. The Mini Hunter includes a tough, weather-resistant Secure Ex sheath that holds it securely in place while remaining lightweight and portable. The sheath material will not rot or mildew and is more resistant to cuts and punctures than leather.
