The Uncle Henry Premium Stockman 897UH is an affordable classic pocket knife. It has three blades: a clip point, a sheepsfoot and a pen knife. This knife was originally designed as a hunting knife, but it also comes in handy as a gentleman’s knife. The blade is made from stainless 7Cr17MoV steel, which is very tough and easy to sharpen. This makes it a great hunting knife. The handle is made of ‘Staglon’. This is a plastic imitation of horn. It is strong and stable, and much more affordable than real stag horn. You open the knife with two hands, and a slipjoint ensures that it won’t close when you don’t want it to. Not a full lock, but simply some resistance from snapping shut.
