The Dicer 3 Paring Knife complements the Dicer series alongside the chef’s knife. It has a 3.5-inch cutting edge with a pointed tip and is made from CPM S35VN stainless steel for durable kitchen use. The layered Micarta and G-10 handle follows the contoured design of the Dicer 8 and is shaped for comfort during use. The Dicer 3 and Dicer 8 are available separately or together as part of a kitchen knife set.
