Its 3.25-inch (82 mm) spear-point blade is made from D2 tool steel, finished in satin and hardened to 58–60 HRC for a practical balance of cutting performance, durability and edge retention. A steel ball-bearing mechanism provides smooth blade movement, while the liner lock keeps the blade securely open during use. Red micarta handle scales give the Parrot V2 a distinctive look and a comfortable 4.00-inch (102 mm) handle. Measuring 7.25 inches (184 mm) overall and weighing approximately 90 g, it offers useful cutting capability in a manageable format. A reversible silver stainless steel clip supports left- or right-side positioning, and the knife is supplied in a QSP gift box.
