Designed by Johan Jordaan, the Kizer Wharning is a precisely engineered folding knife created for practical everyday cutting. Its 86.47mm sheepsfoot blade features a straight cutting edge for consistent contact and controlled slicing. Premium CPM S45VN steel, hardened to 60–61 HRC, offers an effective balance of edge retention, corrosion resistance and durability, while the satin finish and flat grind give the blade a clean, functional profile. The handle combines silver aluminium with brown Norplex UltreX™ Micarta for a robust construction and tactile feel. A ball-bearing pivot and thumb stud support smooth opening, while the Kizer Button Liner Lock™ provides intuitive operation. At 197.24mm overall and 105.4g, the Wharning balances substantial materials with manageable proportions, completed by a non-reversible deep-carry pocket clip.
