Designed by Caleb Waldman, the Kizer Snail-trail is a characterful coin-sized utility knife with an overall length of only 38.36mm. Its satin-finished M390 blade measures 10.69mm and uses a hawkbill profile to provide controlled contact with packaging, tape, thread and other small materials. A flat grind supports precise cutting, while the thumb stud and ball-bearing system provide smooth, convenient operation. The non-locking detent slip-joint mechanism keeps the design simple and compact. Its grey aluminium handle is CNC-machined with concentric circles inspired by a snail shell, creating a distinctive texture within its rounded form. At 30.5g, the Snail-trail is easy to add to a pocket, pouch or key-carry set-up, and its integrated lanyard loop can be paired with either of the two included cords.
