Designed by Johan Jordaan, the Kizer Parakeet is a compact folding knife created for precise, everyday utility. Its 62.6 mm sheepsfoot blade is made from Nitro-V steel and hardened to 60–61 HRC, providing a reliable combination of edge retention and corrosion resistance. A satin finish and flat grind complement the controlled blade shape, making it well suited to opening packaging, cutting cord and handling other routine tasks. The white acrylic handle gives the Parakeet a clean, modern finish while keeping its weight to just 61.9 g. A ball-bearing pivot and thumb stud provide smooth operation, while the button liner lock maintains secure blade retention during use. At 149.1 mm overall, this lightweight Kizer folder is completed by a reversible pocket clip for flexible positioning.
