Designed by Maksim Epifantsev, the Kizer Microbe is a compact folding knife inspired by the rounded forms of the microscopic world. Its distinctive orange anodised aluminium handle is CNC-machined for a precise finish and shaped with a gentle micro-arc contour for a natural grip. At only 135.34mm overall and 74.4g, it offers a practical balance of portability, control and character. The 55.57mm drop-point blade is made from 14C28N steel with a flat grind, black PVD coating and a stated hardness of 58–59. Extended spine jimping and a finger choil help provide confident control during parcel opening and detailed cutting tasks. A thumb stud and ball-bearing pivot support smooth opening, while the Kizer Button Liner Lock™ uses an enlarged semi-circular button for comfortable operation and secure lock-up.
