Kershaw Folding Fillet

If you prefer compact gear storage, the Folding Fillet features a K-Texture™ grip and fits neatly in a tackle box. Its 6.25-in. blade folds into the handle for storage. The blade is made from Japanese 420J2 stainless steel and has the flexibility required for filleting fish. This flexible steel allows the blade to bend without breaking and follow the contours of the fish during preparation. It is also highly corrosion resistant, which is important when working around water. The durable handle is made from glass-filled nylon with a rubberised overmould and K-Texture™ pattern, designed to provide a secure grip in slippery conditions. A sturdy back-lock mechanism holds the blade open during use and releases it when required. The Kershaw Folding Fillet is drilled to accept a lanyard and features manual opening.
