Description
The Kershaw 9" Clearwater Fillet is designed for preparing larger fish. Its flexible blade is made from Japanese 420J2 stainless steel with a satin finish. The steel is highly corrosion resistant, making it suitable for use around water. The durable, contoured co-polymer handle has a soft-yet-firm textured surface for a comfortable, reliable grip during extended food-preparation tasks. Neon accents make the handle easier to locate in waterside environments. Hand guards at both ends and a central contour provide a secure fit in the hand. An ABS sheath is included for storage and transport.
