Kershaw 9.5″ Narrow Fillet

The Kershaw 9.5" Narrow Fillet features a 9.5-inch blade sized for preparing salmon, pike, steelhead and most larger fish. The longer blade accommodates the greater girth and additional surface area of these species. Made from 420J2 stainless steel, the blade offers excellent corrosion resistance for use in wet environments. The steel is tough, easy to re-sharpen and provides suitable flexibility for filleting while helping to preserve the delicate texture and flavour of the fish. The glass-filled nylon (GFN) handle has a durable rubberised overmould with the K-Texture™ grip pattern for a secure hold in slippery conditions. A blade protector is included for storage.
