KERSHAW 8″ CHEF

Designed for everyday food preparation, this Kershaw chef’s knife combines an 8-inch DIN 1.4116 stainless steel blade with a practical, easy-to-handle design. Its generous blade size is well suited to preparing larger ingredients as well as routine slicing, dicing and chopping. A horizontal satin-grazed finish gives the blade a smart, understated appearance. The plain edge is hand-sharpened to 16° per side, providing a 32° inclusive edge angle for accurate kitchen work. A black polypropylene handle offers a comfortable and secure hold, while the supplied matching moulded sheath provides a convenient storage solution. Designed and quality controlled in the USA and manufactured in China, the knife is backed by Kershaw’s limited lifetime warranty.
