Description
The Firebird FH51 is a multi-purpose folding knife which is equally well suited for hiking, fishing and other outdoor pursuits. The blade is constructed from D2 Tool Steel – a semi-stainless alloy known for its strength and resistance to the elements. The blade length is 81mm (3.18") and has a satin finish. Jimping on the spine protects the users hand from slipping on to the blade, and allows for more intricate cutting. The handle of the FH51 is made from G-10, which has been rounded for a more ergonomic and user friendly grip in the hand. Texturing to the handle improves the grip in wet conditions. A through hole is provided in the tail end of the handle for threading lanyard through it. Also, a clip is screwed to one side of the handle.
