Description
The larger Biwi 12 from ZA-PAS is designed for outdoor and utility use. It measures 9.49 inches overall and has a 5.04-inch blade made from 4H13 stainless steel. This steel offers good rust resistance, strength and ease of sharpening. The contrast between the raw steel and satin finish gives the fixed blade a rugged appearance. The handle is made from fine-grained American Walnut with rich natural tones and is secured with brass grommets, through which a lanyard can be threaded. The handle provides a firm grip in a range of conditions. The included sheath is made from 3 mm-thick cowhide and finished with contrasting stitching for a traditional appearance. An attached belt loop supports vertical carry for storage and transport. ZA-PAS knives are made entirely in Poland by a small team of knife enthusiasts, from concept to construction, using materials and semi-finished parts sourced from Polish suppliers.
