TOPS Knives holds an annual employee design contest focused on creating a knife for a specified purpose and set of requirements. The 2016 project was a hatchet, followed by a chef’s knife in 2017, which led to the Dicers. The Dicer 7 Bread Knife features a fully serrated, straight-edged blade for bread and other kitchen preparation tasks.
