Named after the agile young stage of a salmon, the Tenable Parr is a compact fixed-blade knife designed by Newfoundland-based maker Jonathan Styles. Its 2.87-inch reverse tanto blade has a straight cutting edge and flat grind suited to controlled utility work, while 14C28N stainless steel provides a practical combination of edge retention, corrosion resistance and straightforward maintenance. A rose-gold coating gives the blade a distinctive finish. The contoured black G10 handle is durable, comfortable and shaped to support confident control during everyday and outdoor tasks. Jimping along the spine adds purchase for more precise cuts, while the substantial 3.5 mm blade thickness provides reassuring strength. At 6.38 inches overall and only 2.34 oz, the Parr delivers capable fixed-blade performance in a lightweight format and comes complete with a precision-moulded Kydex sheath.
