Tenable Gideon

Designed by Dead Sober Design, the Tenable Gideon is a distinctive folding knife inspired by the form and texture of a mythical dragon. Its sweeping brown Micarta handle, scale-like backspacer jimping and angular clip-point blade create a cohesive design while retaining the practical ergonomics required for everyday utility tasks. The 3.5-inch blade is made from Nitro-V steel with a blackwash finish and a flat grind, offering a useful balance of edge retention, corrosion resistance and slicing performance. A thumb hole and ball-bearing pivot provide smooth deployment, while the liner lock keeps the blade securely in place during use. Measuring 203.5 mm overall and weighing 103.2 g, the Gideon combines capable dimensions with a manageable carry weight and a practical pocket clip.
