Description
The Tenable Bison is a folding Bowie-style knife designed by Ray Laconico. Departing from his typically minimalist aesthetic, it pairs a strong clip-point blade with a more expressive black and grey frag-pattern handle. The result balances traditional Bowie-inspired geometry with a modern, compact construction suited to practical cutting tasks and outdoor utility. Its 82.3 mm blade is made from Nitro V stainless steel, with a flat grind, blackwash finish and hardness of 58–60 HRC for dependable cutting performance and corrosion resistance. Textured G10 handle scales provide a positive grip, while the ball-bearing system and liner lock deliver smooth operation and secure use. At 186.7 mm overall and 92.7 g, the Bison is lightweight, well balanced and easy to handle.
