The handles are beautifully-crafted imitation tortoise shell with brass liners, nickel silver pins and bolsters, a brass lanyard tube, and a special nickel silver tortoise shell shield. This Rough Ryder Tortoise Shell Cotton Sampler features a 3.25" cotton sampler blade. It's 4.15" closed and weighs 3oz.
