The handles are made of a beautiful blue and green celestial swirled acrylic, adorned with nickel silver pins, brass liners, and embossed nickel silver bolsters. The Congress features Sheepsfoot, coping, and pen blades ranging from 1.75" – 2" in length with slip joints. It’s 3.62" closed and weighs 1.6oz.
