Rough Ryder Amber Bone Small Hunter Fixed Blade Knife

The Rough Ryder Small Hunter is a compact fixed blade knife. With its 3.125" long blade this knife is mostly suited for campsite food tasks such as the preperation of smaller game, and filleting smaller fish. 440A is a fine, popular type of steel. It is corrosion resistant and easy to sharpen. It won’t retain its sharpness for a really long time, but this is compensated by the fact that 440A is quite tough and easy to sharpen. The handle is made from Amber Bone. This is cow bone that is enhanced with a texture and then coloured. This material has been used for over 100 years for knife handles and has become a tradition of its own. Bone, of course, is a natural material. As such small differences in terms of colour and shape, or any other small imperfections may occur. This knife comes with a nylon sheath with belt loop.
