The QSP 8" Kiritsuke from the Mulan Series is a versatile chef’s knife made for controlled, precise food preparation. Its 203mm cutting edge is crafted from Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel and finished with a refined satin surface. Hardened to 59–61 HRC, the blade offers a dependable combination of edge retention, durability and straightforward maintenance. An ebony wood handle complements the blade with a comfortable, natural feel and an understated appearance. The knife measures 343mm overall, with an approximately 2.5mm-thick blade and a net weight of around 179g. Supplied in a QSP gift box, the QS-KK-004A is a practical addition to a well-equipped kitchen.
