The QSP 8" Harpoon Chef from the Mulan Series is a versatile kitchen knife created for everyday preparation tasks. Its 8-inch laminated Damascus cutting edge offers ample working length for chopping vegetables, slicing ingredients and completing general chef-knife duties, while the distinctive harpoon profile adds character to the blade. The core is hardened to 58–60 HRC for a practical combination of cutting performance and edge retention. A desert ironwood handle complements the patterned blade with a warm, natural finish.
