The QSP 7" Santoku from the Mulan Series is a versatile kitchen knife designed for everyday food preparation. Its 7-inch (178 mm) cutting edge provides ample working length for slicing, chopping and dicing, while the approximately 2.5 mm-thick blade offers a practical combination of control and durability. Made from Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel with a satin finish, the blade is hardened to 59–61 HRC for dependable edge retention and manageable sharpening. The 5.125-inch (130 mm) ebony wood handle adds a refined natural appearance and brings the knife to an overall length of 11.5 inches (292 mm). Weighing approximately 169 g, the QS-KK-002A is supplied in a QSP gift box.
