Each set includes professional-grade chef’s knives that are perfectly balanced and crafted from German 4116 stainless steel with soft, non-slip TPE handles. Three full-size coloured cutting mats provide a variety of surfaces for preparing meat, fowl, fish, fruits and vegetables. Each grill tool features a sliding shaft that telescopes and locks to a full length of 17" for safe grilling, and then retracts to 14-5/8" for easy storage. The ends of each grill tool are removable for easy cleaning.
