Description
These professional-grade fillet knives are crafted from German 4116 stainless steel for excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance. The ergonomically shaped TPE handles provide a comfortable, non-slip grip. The Reel-Flex fillets are available in 6.0”, 7.5” and 9.5” blade lengths to suit a range of fresh- and saltwater fish preparation tasks. Each knife includes a polypropylene sheath with a swivel-clip belt attachment. Designed by custom knife maker Jerry Hossom.
