Description
Building on nearly 100 years of the Old Hickory line, the OH-O Mini Filet is a compact fixed-blade knife designed for kitchen, fishing and outdoor utility. Introduced in 2020, the Old Hickory Mini Filet Knife includes a leather sheath. Shorter than its counterpart, the Old Hickory 417 Filet Knife, this Mini version features a premium stainless fillet blade measuring 3.4 inches, which is 3 inches shorter, and an overall length of 6.9 inches. Its compact size makes it practical for a variety of applications. As with all Old Hickory knives, the Old Hickory Mini Filet Knife has a hardwood handle secured with brass compression rivets. Both the knife and leather sheath are made in the USA.
