Expanding upon nearly 100 successful years, the Old Hickory line of knives just added what we believe will be another classic… a staple in kitchens and backpacks the world over. Introducing the new-for-2020 Old Hickory Mini Filet Knife which comes packaged with a leather sheath. Shorter than it's counterpart, the Old Hickory 417 Filet Knife, this new Mini version features a premium stainless filet blade which is 3" shorter, coming in at only 3.4" in length, with an overall length of 6.9". The Old Hickory Mini Filet Knife's smaller stature makes it practical for a wider variety of applications. As with all Old Hickory knives, the mini filet knife is equipped with a hardwood handle and brass compression rivets. Both the mini filet knife and leather sheath are made in the USA.
