Description
The kitchen knives in the Ontario Old Hickory Cutlery Set are made from fully heat-treated and tempered 1095 carbon steel. Each knife features a hardwood handle secured with brass compression rivets. The five-piece set includes: Old Hickory 4" Paring Knife; Old Hickory 7" Butcher Knife; Old Hickory 8" Slicing Knife; Old Hickory 6" Boning Knife; and Old Hickory 3 1/4" Paring Knife.
