Description
The Old Hickory 14" Butcher Knife is made from fully heat-treated and tempered 1095 carbon steel. It is fitted with hardwood handles secured by brass compression rivets. After assembly, each knife undergoes a sharpening process to produce a finished edge. Old Hickory kitchen cutlery is designed with an emphasis on traditional materials and durable construction.
