Medford Knife & Tool Hunstman Strapper

Designed as a compact workhorse for North American outdoor and field use. Feedback from our workshop indicated tip failures on larger knives during heavy field tasks, so we developed a shorter, proportioned blade to improve handle purchase and leverage at the blade end. The blade uses slightly thicker stock than typical field knives and features our Helical grind to provide a smooth transition from the main cutting edge to a shorter grind panel at the tip. This precision turning grind is executed by hand by our most experienced craftsmen. The shorter grind panel produces a thicker, more buttressed tip for enhanced tip strength.
