Designed by Ray Laconico, the Kizer Yorkie is a compact, non-locking pocket knife built around clean lines and practical everyday function. Its 65.5 mm drop-point blade is made from Nitro-V steel, offering a dependable balance of corrosion resistance, toughness, wear resistance and edge retention. A slip-joint mechanism uses spring tension to hold the blade open without mechanically locking it in place. The fine gunmetal-grey aluminium handle is lightweight, durable and comfortable in the hand. A manual thumb-hole opener and ball-bearing system support smooth operation, while the regular pocket clip provides a convenient attachment option. At 156.6 mm overall and weighing 71.9 g, the Yorkie is a neatly proportioned utility knife for routine cutting tasks.
