Description
Designed by Matt Degnan, the Kizer Roach XL is a substantial folding knife built for demanding everyday and outdoor cutting work. Its 88.78 mm drop-point blade is made from 14C28N stainless steel, hardened to 58–59 HRC and shaped with a versatile flat grind. A black PVD coating with a stonewashed finish adds surface protection and helps minimise the appearance of routine wear. The generous blade profile is well suited to tasks such as opening cartons, trimming rope and processing general outdoor materials. The black Micarta handle offers a secure, comfortable full grip, with a pinky choil at the butt providing additional stability when extra leverage is required. Kizer’s Button Liner Lock™ combines reliable blade retention with smooth operation, while the thumb hole, flipper tab and ball-bearing pivot offer flexible deployment. A reversible deep-carry pocket clip completes the practical design for left- or right-side pocket positioning.
