Designed by Matt Degnan, the Kizer Roach XL is a substantial folding knife created for demanding everyday and outdoor cutting tasks. Its 88.78 mm drop-point blade is made from 14C28N steel with a flat grind, satin finish and 58–59 hardness rating. The generous cutting profile is well suited to opening cartons, trimming rope and handling rougher utility work. The brown Norplex UltreX™ Micarta handle provides a secure, full-length grip, complemented by a rear pinky choil for added stability when applying controlled pressure. A Kizer Button Liner Lock™ secures the blade during use, while the flipper, thumb hole and ball-bearing pivot support smooth manual operation. Finished with a reversible deep-carry pocket clip, the Roach XL combines robust construction with practical portability.
