Description
Inspired by the traditional Yakut knife, the Kizer Polaris is a purpose-built fixed blade for bushcraft, woodcraft and general outdoor cutting. Its 107.5 mm AEB-L stainless-steel blade features a satin finish and Scandi cutting geometry, providing excellent control for carving, feather-stick preparation and other detailed work. The blade profile is designed to minimise contact with the material, helping it move smoothly through wood with less tendency to bind. The black and brown Micarta and G10 handle combines durable materials with carefully considered ergonomics. Jimping on the spine and handle supports fine finger control, while the deep finger choil helps maintain a secure grip during precise tasks. At 226.4 mm overall and 179.8 g, the Polaris offers a substantial yet manageable working format and is supplied with a sheath. To protect the cutting edge, this knife should not be used for chopping.
