Its 69.85mm sheepsfoot blade is made from 14C28N steel and finished in satin, providing a practical balance of edge performance, corrosion resistance and ease of care. The 3mm blade thickness and flat grind support dependable cutting without adding unnecessary bulk. The brown Norplex UltreX™ Micarta handle offers a durable, tactile surface within a compact 76.2mm length.
