This Kizer Escort Ki4481A1 is a cool pocket knife from Kizer, designed by Dirk Pinkerton. You immediately notice the locking mechanism. The Escort has been enhanced with a ‘Clutch Lock’, as they call it at Kizer. This is their version of an Axis lock. A great mechanism we have seen before on Benchmade knives. You easily open the blade with the thumb studs. Kizer Escort blade The blade is made from 20CV steel. A premium type of steel you rarely find within this price range. 20CV steel retains its sharpness well, is stainless and very hard. No wonder this type of steel is so popular. Kizer Escort handle The handle is made from aluminium. A premium, lightweight material that is very strong. The aluminium has been enhanced with a very light texture to improve grip. You can easily carry the knife deep inside your pocket with the deep-carry pocket clip.
