Kershaw 9″ Curved Fillet

The 9" Curved Fillet is designed for preparing most saltwater fish, larger freshwater fish and other large food items, as well as general outdoor and field use. Its curved 9-inch blade supports a full range of motion when filleting larger fish. The blade is made from 420J2 stainless steel with a satin finish, providing excellent corrosion resistance in wet environments. The steel is tough, easy to re-sharpen and offers suitable flexibility for filleting while helping to preserve delicate texture and flavour. The black glass-filled nylon (GFN) handle features a rubberised overmould and K-Texture™ grip for secure handling in slippery conditions. A plastic sheath and blade protector is included for safe storage.
