Kershaw 9″ Curved Fillet

The 9" Curved Fillet is ideal for most saltwater fish, large freshwater fish and for general outdoor and field use. It helps break down fish and other large foodstuffs into more manageable sizes and is suitable for filleting larger fish. The curved blade length enables a full range of motion for clean cuts. The blade is sharp 420J2 stainless steel with a satin finish, offering excellent corrosion resistance in wet environments; the steel is tough and easy to re-sharpen and provides an appropriate amount of flex to make filleting easier and to help preserve delicate flesh and flavour. The handle is glass-filled nylon (GFN) with a rubberised overmould and K-Texture™ grip to ensure a secure hold even in slippery conditions. For safe storage the 9" Curved Fillet includes a plastic blade protector.
