Kershaw 9.5″ Narrow Fillet

The Kershaw 9.5" Narrow Fillet features a 9.5-inch blade sized for salmon, pike, steelhead and most larger fish. The longer blade helps with the greater girth and additional surface area when preparing these species. The blade is razor-sharp 420J2 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance, important for use in wet environments. The steel is tough and easy to re-sharpen, and offers the right amount of flex to make filleting easier and to preserve the delicate texture and flavour of the fish. The handle is glass-filled nylon (GFN) for durability and has a rubberised overmould with the K-Texture™ grip pattern for a secure hold in slippery conditions. For easy storage the 9.5" Narrow Fillet includes a blade protector.
