It is equally useful for preparing bagels, pastries and other baked goods. The slim DIN 1.4116 stainless steel blade has a horizontal satin-grazed finish and a hand-sharpened 16° single-bevel edge. A black polypropylene handle provides a comfortable, secure hold during kitchen preparation. Weighing just 2.5 oz.
