Description
The Kershaw 7" Clearwater Fillet is a fixed-blade knife designed for filleting medium to larger fish. Its 7-inch blade is made from Japanese 420J2 stainless steel and has a flexible construction suited to controlled filleting tasks. The steel is highly corrosion resistant, which is beneficial when working around water. The durable, contoured co-polymer handle has a soft-yet-firm textured surface for a secure, comfortable grip. Neon accents make the handle easier to spot in waterside environments. A central contour and raised sections at both ends support a comfortable hand position. An ABS moulded sheath with a belt loop is included for storage and transport.
